Due to continued development and expansion, they are looking to hire a high-calibre Financial Controller to join their finance team.
Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, forecasting, compliance and team management across EMEA and US. They will take on a number of key duties including:
* Lead and develop a finance team, driving high performance and engagement.
* Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and balance sheet management across multiple regions.
* Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasts, and insightful financial analysis for the board.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, audits, and internal controls.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate reporting.
* Partner with business leaders to forecast revenue, analyse variances, and provide recommendations.
* Drive process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Financial Controller position should have the following:
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (audit/practice-trained background preferred).
* 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
* Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
* Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting processes.
* Solid technical skills, including advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite desirable).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple regions and with senior stakeholders.
Salary / Package
£80,000 - £90,000 + additional benefits including:
