We're looking for a Project Manager to work with our SCAPE team in a key role
Location: Edinburgh (EH16)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?
Responsible for full end to end delivery on a key scheme the Project Manager will aligned with a programme of works to deliver complete safety and internal upgrades to 2 X high rise units. The work will involve installation of new lift system, complete new fire suppression systems,
refurbishment of communal areas, window replacements, re- roofing and EWI.
Your day to day will include:
* Oversee the day to day management and leadership of assigned projects working activities and effectively manage performance of H&S, the works team, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the programme requirements.
* Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and provide weekly updates on project performance to Operations Manager
* Establish a strong safety culture on projects, ensuring Kier and governing body safety procedures and legislation are followed and in place
* Ensure site teams are managing suppliers and subcontractors to provide project specific ITPs/ QA check sheets before any works commence on site.
* Ensure works under your leadership comply with the project specific environmental plan and waste
* Chair / attend design team meetings as required.
* Issue RFI's as required, ensure design information is reviewed and issued timeously to supply chain in line with programme
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
* You are able top demonstrate experience in leading construction projects in a hands on management capacity
* You are comfortable of managing project budgets, programmes and teams
* You possess highly developed communication skills both spoken and written and can collate and produce reports for leadership
* You have knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
* You are comfortable using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
* You hold current valid driving license
