Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting and varied, especially in today's complex economic climate, with clients and Regulators focusing on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting areas like climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, offering assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients in conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, with clients ranging from asset managers to banking sectors.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year program helps build experience and expertise in risk management, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.
Team Environment: Working across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into risk management, making a positive impact.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive here.
Application Details: Entry requirements include GCSEs, UCAS points, and a 2:1 degree. We value diverse perspectives and offer an open application process.
Training and Development: Includes a 5-day induction, courses, leadership sessions, online learning, and support for the FRM certification, with a flexible study approach and a hybrid model involving travel to training centers.
