Procurement Analyst
Location: Remote, with travel to Scotland as required
Salary: £60,000 + package
We are supporting an organisation looking to appoint a Procurement Analyst to strengthen data visibility, reporting, and commercial insight across the procurement function. This high-impact role works closely with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), providing key insights that shape procurement strategy, including sourcing and leading tenders across FM categories.
What the Role Involves
* Analysing spend across FM categories
* Building and maintaining dashboards in Excel and Power BI
* Manipulating, cleansing, and interpreting large data sets
* Producing clear, actionable procurement reports
* Identifying trends, risks, and savings opportunities
* Presenting insights to senior and C-level stakeholders
* Sourcing and leading tenders across FM categories
This is more than a technical reporting role – you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, so confidence, clarity, and the ability to translate complex data into commercial language is essential.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong Excel and Power BI capability
* Experience manipulating and interpreting complex data sets
* Understanding of procurement or commercial environments
* Confidence engaging with and challenging senior stakeholders
* Ability to influence decision-making through data-led insights
* Experience in sourcing and leading tenders in FM categories is highly desirable
