The Role As an outbound Head Hunter in the Talent Acquisition Team, you'll lead the recruitment practices across the region., with a specific focus on a niche sector– recruiting at senior and executive levels. Based in Dubai, you’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and a trusted guide to candidates navigating a complex and competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Own executive search projects, end-to-end. Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and shape job descriptions. Source the best talent within your sector, through outbound head hunting. Create a best-in-class candidate experience and streamline hiring processes. Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top data centre talent. What You Bring: At least 5 years of executive search/talent acquisition/head hunting experience. This could be within a Search firm or working in a TA role where the focus is working on securing outbound talent. Have experience in head hunting within the legal, finance, tech or data center sectors. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders across time zones. Driven, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
