Casual Residential Child Care Worker - Revelstoke Road
Grade 5 - £30,060 to £32,654 per annum pro rata, plus 10% alternating shift allowance
Shift work following a rota pattern including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (payable at £39.24 per sleep-in).
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team that helps repair the trauma of young people living in our home. We will provide training on our "Therapeutic Reparenting" model. No qualifications are necessary.
We are seeking enthusiastic, tenacious, and motivated Residential Child Care Workers with experience working with children and young people. In return, you will have access to training opportunities as part of your ongoing professional development.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
