Overview
Manage complex, high profile proceeds of crime cases within a specialist prosecution setting.
Responsibilities
* Advising on complex proceeds of crime matters such as asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, often linked to serious criminal activity.
* Analysing large volumes of evidence and working closely with investigators from an early stage to shape case strategy.
* Overseeing cases throughout the entire prosecution process, developing case strategies, making informed charging decisions, drafting detailed legal documentation, and providing advice on disclosure and evidential matters in complex proceedings.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and strong criminal law experience.
* Exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
