Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
* Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance sales performance.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
* Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a relevant industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
