Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the rental operations within our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring smooth lease processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and communication skills to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. A background in property management or real estate is advantageous, along with multilingual abilities to assist diverse clients. Duties Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from advertising properties to signing tenancy agreements Conduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about available units Liaise with landlords and tenants to address enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties meet health and safety standards Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and inspections Organise schedules for viewings, inspections, and lease renewals efficiently Assist in marketing properties through various channels to maximise occupancy rates Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all communications Requirements Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or real estate sectors Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a broad client base Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to lettings is advantageous but not essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Earning potential between £50,000 - £60,000.
