To meet the demands and complexity of developing future opportunities, we would like to strengthen and expand our local Direct Sales team with an experienced Sales Project Manager, who will work closely with the Director of Sales and Director of Solution Design for TGW Northern Europe and actively contribute to the continued development of the Direct Sales pipeline that is aligned with the annual order intake plan. The Sales Project Manager will play a key role in the management of Integrated Solution Sales within TGW's Customer Unit Northern Europe. The role of the Sales Project Manager is to develop key customer relationships through their nominated stakeholders whilst managing a multifaceted internal 'Sales & Solutions' (SAS) team for high-capital, integrated logistics projects. What you'll be handling: You'll deliver the order intake target as defined within the annual plan You'll manage your time and the time of others in this complex, high-paced Business-to-Business selling environment You'll manage the bid process of tender activities in line with the customer’s request You'll apply and deploy sales methodologies, for example, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling You'll support the negotiation process of high-capital projects and manage the associated contracting process You'll support the Business Development Managers with focused and targeted lead generation You'll develop and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders You'll prepare and join the delivery of presentations to prospective customer teams You'll manage the individual project budget and attain agreed contribution targets You'll provide accurate and diligent administration of the proprietary Customer Relationship Management database You'll travel to new and existing customer premises and other TGW offices across Europe What you'll need: Strong knowledge of the intra-logistics industry and its key integration suppliers Significant experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design or selling Demonstrated ability to lead project tendering processes and project teams Experienced in managing multiple project bids simultaneously Strong stakeholder management experience Sales negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills Flexibility to travel within the Customer Unit Northern Europe What you'll receive: We offer a flexible working environment, and you will receive a competitive salary plus access to our comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual holiday entitlement with the option to buy or sell more, car allowance, a health cash plan, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and access to our on-site gym!
