We are currently recruiting a Care home Administrator at Castlewood care Home, it is a brand new, state-of-the-art care home in Clitheroe

Castlewood care Home is a brand new, state-of-the-art care home for the elderly, opening in the heart of Clitheroe. As our Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps Castlewood running smoothly. You’ll support residents, families, and employees with professionalism and warmth, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to dignity and trust.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and care
2. Welcome visitors and support residents with queries and appointments
3. Maintain records, schedules, and communication systems
4. Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless service delivery
5. Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and our core values in every task
6. Liaise with central teams as appropriate

What You’ll Bring:

7. Excellent organisational and communication skills
8. A warm, approachable manner and a genuine love for helping others
9. Confidence with IT systems and office procedures (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
10. Experience in administration (preferably in care or healthcare settings)
11. A commitment to person-centred care and the values that define Castlewood
