The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. You’ll help shape the motion language of the brand, bring product capabilities to life, and create content that elevates everything from campaigns to customer education.
You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director, Senior Brand Designer, Copywriter, Product Design, and Marketing teams to concept and execute high-quality motion work across product demos, explainers, launches, social, and large-scale campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond beautiful transitions and sees motion as a core storytelling tool for defining a category still being built.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Design motion graphics, animations, and kinetic typography that elevate brand an dproduct storytelling.
Create high-quality video content for product demos, explainers, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
Edit and assemble footage into cohesive sequences with effective pacing, structure, and narrative flow.
Concept and execute narrative-driven motion pieces for product launches and brand campaigns.
Collaborate with product design to shape in-product animations and micro-interactions.
Help define and maintain a scalable motion system that supports both brand and product experiences.
Partner with leadership, marketing, sales, and product to understand goals and translate them into clear visual narratives.

You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Sales team, influencing brand and visual identity at the highest level.

What We’re Looking For:
5 to 7 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing, ideally in a startup or B2B environment.
A strong portfolio showing compelling motion storytelling, polished animation craft, and an eye for design.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to concept, storyboard, and execute both short-form and long-form motion pieces.
Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
Curiosity and inspiration that come from sources far beyond tech.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
An understanding of how motion can support product UX and narrative clarity.
(Nice to have) Experience with 3D workflows in Cinema4D or Blender.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with in-product motion tools like Lottie or Rive, plus opinions on their best use cases.
