Location: Heathrow (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead engineering project planning, managing stakeholder expectations, and owning the engineering project plan from start to finish.

Provide technical leadership for both internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.

Manage project budgets, assess risks and opportunities, and handle scope changes and modifications.

Take responsibility for technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems and acting as a technical partner to customers and external collaborators.
*
Carry out health and safety analysis and ensure its integration within project designs.
*
Promote continuous improvement by contributing to project management best practices and engineering process development.
What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
*
Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
*
Solid knowledge of project management within engineering, ideally in material handling systems (Electrical/Mechanical/LLC/HLC/Safety).
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
*
A proactive, big-picture thinker with a drive to innovate and deliver results.
