Croda prides itself on delivering excellent service to itscustomers and as part of this commitment, we are looking to recruit a GlobalProcess Owner to identify and implement improvements in our end-to-end supplychain planning processes. You will have a high level of autonomy to develop,improve and standardise global business processes and own software tools acrossthe Demand to Supply process. You will be responsible for gaining cross-functionalbusiness alignment to deliver an efficient and resilient supply chain which is ableto manage disruption and support optimal decision making throughout theplanning process.
The initial focus of the role will be technical and businessprocess design to support Croda’s SAP S/4HANA transformation, as well as deliveringthe S&OP improvement roadmap.
This is an opportunity forsomeone who is passionate about supply chain excellence to network globally andempower users by providing advice, guidance and mentoring to regional supplychain teams. In this role you will manage cross-functional, regional and sectorexpectations on objectives, KPIs and success criteria for operating aneffective supply chain that is business led and regionally delivered. You willdevelop and implement global procedures, training and performance monitoring todrive a formalised continuous improvement cycle that includes people, process,data and technology.

Essentials:
10. End-to-end supply chain planning experience
11. Prior experience of implementing and facilitating S&OP processes
12. Highly competent in process mapping, standardisation and design, and experience in delivering continuous improvement
13. SAP expert (MM/PP/SD modules particularly)
14. Customer experience focused
15. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate cross cultural teams at all levels of the organisation, whilst working effectively with customers, relevant industry bodies, consultants and suppliers
16. Prior experience of leading projects aimed at driving value generation
17. Enjoys implementing change and managing conflict within a highly entrepreneurial culture
18. Strategic global perspective
19. Collaborative and solutions orientated individual, who can balance creativity and innovation with delivery
20. Degree qualified in arelevant discipline
Desirables:
21. Professional Supply Chain qualification
22. Analytics experience
23. Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc
24. Operations / Commercial experience
