Are you a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to join a dynamic and growing legal team? We are seeking a talented individual to become a key part of our expanding Dispute Resolution Department. As a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department, you will handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, representing clients in courts across Scotland. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear guidance, managing complex legal issues, and advocating for clients in hearings, mediations, and tribunals.
You will work alongside a supportive team of Partners, Senior Solicitors, and Trainee Solicitors, as well as dedicated legal support staff. This role provides the opportunity for professional growth and career development, including the potential for promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in contentious matters, including hearings in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session
