The Role
We seek a hands-on, team-oriented individual to help operate our wastewater treatment sites efficiently. This role involves performing essential tasks across multiple sites to meet environmental, safety, and customer standards.
Your work, from sampling and readings to cleaning and routine checks, will be vital in protecting public health, the environment, and community well-being.
Key Accountabilities
* Perform daily operational and maintenance tasks at wastewater treatment sites.
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and achievement of performance targets.
* Engage in both planned and reactive work with a proactive approach.
* Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as necessary.
* Conduct routine checks, inspections, and maintenance activities.
* Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational objectives.
