Role Description This is a on-site role based in London for a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee evening cleaning operations, coordinate and motivate cleaning staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, conducting regular inspections, maintaining health and safety compliance, and addressing client requirements promptly and professionally. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively and deliver excellent client service. Qualifications Supervisory skills with experience in leading and motivating a team Knowledge and hands-on experience in commercial cleaning practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and clients Familiarity with health and safety regulations and their application in the workplace Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and adapt to client needs Previous experience in a facilities management or cleaning supervisory role is advantageous
