Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages while using data to drive down mean time to resolution. Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Implement security measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
