* A supportive, creative team environment

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Executive at Chapelhouse Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our social media channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, including dynamic Reels, and making appearances on camera to increase brand visibility. You will also contribute to maintaining our website by updating content, ensuring the online presence is aligned with our brand, and providing support to our broader digital marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, creative role requiring strong video and content creation skills, as well as a keen eye for web content management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, execute, and optimise strategies to grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), increasing engagement, followers, and overall brand reach. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Create and edit engaging visual content, including social media posts, stories, and Reels. This includes brainstorming creative ideas, shooting, and editing video content, as well as producing compelling written posts and captions.
* Represent Chapelhouse Group on camera, presenting products, services, and behind-the-scenes content to create a personal connection with the audience. Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in live streams or video content.
* Regularly update and refresh website content, ensuring that it aligns with our marketing campaigns and social media messaging. This includes adding blog posts, product updates, and promotional content to maintain a fresh, engaging user experience.
* Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports on website traffic and social media performance.
* Work with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand goals and marketing initiatives. Coordinate with other departments for cross-promotions and campaigns.
* Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a positive and professional manner, building a loyal online community.
* Contribute to raising awareness of the Chapelhouse brand through creative and authentic social media interactions and web content.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with experience in updating and managing website content.
* Creative Skills: Proficient in video production, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot), and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite). Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms) is a plus.
* On-Camera Presence: Comfortable with appearing on camera, presenting products, and creating content with personality and enthusiasm.
* Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
* Web Content Management: Experience in updating website content, including uploading images, text, and promotional materials to keep the website fresh and engaging.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging posts, captions, and web copy.
* Self-Motivated & Organised: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Driver's Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence is required as occasional travel to various locations may be needed.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with paid social media campaigns
* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
* A passion for photography, videography, or digital content creation
