We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service while driving campaign success and long-term growth. This is a fully accountable role, with ownership of client relationships, performance targets, and campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as the main client contact, managing daily queries, issues, complaints, and opportunities Lead campaign delivery from briefing through to execution and performance monitoring Present client briefings, reports, and performance reviews (weekly and quarterly) Analyse data, track KPIs, and provide clear insights to inform and improve campaigns Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign setup and delivery Ensure all campaign materials and content are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose Provide forecasting and highlight potential risks or opportunities Support field teams with training, updates, and campaign communications Lead client meetings and act as first point of escalation for campaign issues Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulations and internal processes Skills & Experience Proven experience managing client relationships Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience creating and presenting reports and insights Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work proactively Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Project management experience from concept to delivery What we offer £35k salary Award-winning training – we’ll set you up for success Healthcare plan (worth up to £900 per year) Death-in-service benefit (2x salary) Pension & long service awards Retail discounts (30,000 stores) Career progression Why Join Charity Link?
