Project Coordinator
The Growth Company's (GC) Employment team are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Ministry of Justice Services in HMP Humber/HMP Hull.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating training sessions, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data handling. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate venue bookings for 1-1 and group training sessions.
2. Manage diaries and appointments for Employment Mentors and Key Workers.
3. Communicate with Probation Officers to ensure timely and accurate updates.
4. Handle telephone referrals and enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Record and maintain participant data in line with internal and external requirements.
6. Contact participants via phone and email, logging all communications.
7. Raise payments and purchase orders using internal financial systems.
8. Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal standards, and Health & Safety policies.

Skills Required:
16. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
17. Strong planning and organisational abilities.
18. Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
20. Good written and verbal communication skills.
21. Previous administration experience, ideally in a funded or contracted environment.
22. Experience in education, skills, or probation-related services is desirable.
23. Familiarity with internal booking and finance systems is an advantage.
