Position: Sales & Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full Time
What you’ll do
As a Sales and Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers entering the store for service. You’ll manage service intake, deliver Trek’s signature hospitality, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey through product recommendations.
You’ll coordinate workflow with service technicians, organize service orders, manage warranties, and keep customers informed. You’ll also prepare bikes for delivery and support the sales floor with ready-to-ride products.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, building trust and creating lasting relationships through energy, empathy, and efficiency.
