Advert We are looking for theatre practitioners with scrub, anaesthetic and recovery skills. You will need to be a registered nurse or ODP with a minimum of 3 years theatre experience at band 5. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are motivated, able to work on their own initiative, are a team player with the ability to prioritise workload and support the team leader, theatre Coordinator and team to provide a safe and effective service for our patients. Following our most recent CQC inspection the division of surgery was rated as Good across the 5 key standards so you would be joining a high performing team and would be expected to support the Team Leader to influence and drive improvement within Trauma and Orthopaedics.
