Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Assistant to join our team based from our Salford Quays Office.
Duties
* Maintaining and managing a fit for purpose recruitment and retention process to ensure the right candidates are sourced and provided to hiring managers in the most cost effective way
* Sourcing and attracting best talent, ensuring the highest level of engagement is in place at each stage of the interviews with both hiring manager and candidates
* Delivering key analysis on trends in the market, any pit falls within recruitment process or areas of improvement to ensure we keep ahead of the recruitment curve
* Building stakeholder relationships
* Delivering interview training in line with competency-based interview techniques and how to hold great interviews
* Reviewing and updating Job Descriptions with hiring managers
* Ensuring the requisition and onboarding processes are completed on time and managed effectively
* Tracking candidates through their onboarding journey, with key checks ins at 3 and 6 months through surveys and face to face catch ups with hired candidates
* Running assessment days, work with colleagues and schools to review new talent and generate a candidate pool for future roles i.e. Doctors and Nurses applications and sales positions
* Delivering recruitment drives, essential visits to each of the Group sites as and when required
* Completing exit interviews to understand and collate job specific trends on leaver information
* Ensuring facilities are maintained and well kept with the support of the People Coordinator
* Completing DBS checks for specific roles
* Completing referencing for all new starters

* Be willing to commit to undertake relevant training for formal qualifications

* Willing to pursue further qualifications as deemed necessary within current legislation and requirements for this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
