Senior Sales Advisor – B2B Sales
Location: Crewe (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Basic, Uncapped Commission
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound calls to business customers to introduce telematics solutions.
* Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell services to existing clients.
* Generating new business opportunities and building your own pipeline.
* Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
* Delivering online product demonstrations where required.
* Managing activity and pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
* Sourcing and prospecting your own sales data where appropriate.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound sales or desk‑based sales roles.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with customers.
* A target‑driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting KPIs.
* Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing sales team.
