About the Role
As a Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will support the Business Development (BD) Managers in delivering strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the firm's growth and client engagement efforts. Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with BD Managers to execute BD strategies, develop client relationships, and attract new business.
* ???????Maintain and track a pipeline of BD activities, reporting on performance and trends.
* Provide daily support to BD Managers (e.g., email communications, diary management, data collection for directories).
* Coordinate events and assist with the implementation of firm-wide BD strategies.
* Conduct competitor pricing analysis and market research.
* Assist with website content, social media updates, and content creation.
* Support the preparation of tenders, fee proposals, and legal directory submissions.
* Work with external suppliers on advertising and design materials.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and encourage fee-earners to maintain accurate contact data.
* Ensure all systems and weekly reporting are completed accurately and on time.
About You
We're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism to the role. You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in marketing or business development within the legal or professional services sector.
* ???????Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence working with colleagues at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
