We are seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to lead and mature our IT service management capability. This role is responsible for ensuring IT services are stable, customer‑focused, and continuously improving, while effectively managing risk, performance, and stakeholder expectations. You will act as a senior point of accountability for service performance and will work closely with technology, security, suppliers, and the wider business to ensure IT services enable organisational goals.
