Responsibilities:
* Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds
* Troubleshoot, test, repair, replace, remove, and install vessel systems and components
* Conduct thorough assessments prior to starting a job, including acknowledging the budgeted time
* Possess overall knowledge of marine systems
* Troubleshoot, repair, and install vessel systems and components, including but not limited to electrical, electronics, gas and diesel engines, Inboard, Outboard, I/O
* Assign parts and purchases to the appropriate vessels/tickets
* Pay based on experience
Summary:
As a Marine Mechanic, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing marine vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. You will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, rigging, and vehicle maintenance to diagnose issues and perform repairs. Your experience with service technician duties and electrical systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, your skills in fabrication, customer service, and engine diagnostics will contribute to delivering high-quality service and satisfaction to our clients in the marine industry.
Qualifications:
* Experience with Outboard engines
* Driver's License
