At Exwick Heights, our mission is to achieve academic excellence and personal empowerment for every child. We foster a love of learning through our values of kindness, curiosity and determination and we are proud that Ofsted graded our Personal Development as Outstanding. Our children are enthusiastic, well-behaved and eager to learn—making this a fantastic place to work.
We are committed to supporting our staff through professional development and a positive working environment.
This is an exciting time to join our Early Years team as we prepare to expand our current provision to begin taking children from 2 years old. This expansion is a significant step for both the local community and our school—it will allow us to offer high-quality early education at a vital stage in child development, laying strong foundations for learning and supporting families from the very beginning of their child’s journey.
To be eligible, you must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification as a minimum and preferably hold a Paediatric first aid certificate.

• Is passionate about early childhood development and creating nurturing, stimulating learning environments
• Understands the importance of early years education in closing gaps and ensuring future success
• Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Is proactive, organised, and driven by the desire to make a difference
What we offer:
• A collaborative and supportive team, with strong leadership
• Ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth
• A leadership team committed to enhancing well-being
• Enthusiastic, well-behaved children who love learning
• A school culture built on kindness, curiosity, and determination
