You'll be the go-to expert on-site-leading installs, managing crews, and working with cutting-edge tech that shapes immersive customer environments.What You'll Be Doing:Lead AV installations across the UK-from first fix to final commissioningConduct site surveys, assess technical needs, and scope resource requirementsCollaborate with in-house teams and trusted subcontractors, acting as crew leaderProvide audio and lighting programming support and post-install servicingBrief partners, manage risk, and make smart on-the-ground decisionsSupport the onboarding of new engineers and subcontractorsDeliver service visits in line with SLAs and high-profile client expectations What You Bring:3+ years' experience installing professional AV systemsGreat communicator-comfortable working in a client-facing, field-based roleStrong understanding of AV tech: LCD/LED displays, video over IP, conferencing systems, video matrix, audio controlSolid grasp of networking, IP-based AV, and fault-findingFamiliar with Crestron, Q-SYS, or BiAmp?
