Key Duties: Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and aligned with quality and safety standards. Lead, coach, and develop production teams and line leaders to drive performance and engagement. Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and problem-solving. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address production challenges proactively. Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
