We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production.
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu specifications.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
* Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
