What We Look For |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with a genuine approach that ensures your team feels heard and supported.
* Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
