Up to £45k plus bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated part qualified / finalist level Accountant to join a dynamic corporate finance team. This opportunity offers the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, embedding strong controls, and driving continuous improvement across international operations.
You’ll become a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, supporting month-end close, audit compliance, and process enhancements while contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting across international legal entities.
* Support accounting activity and maintain robust systems of accounts and records.
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audited financial statements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs.
* Identify and implement process improvements within the Record to Report team.
* Provide support to senior finance leadership on a variety of tasks.
* Partner with regional finance and group accounting teams on reporting and compliance.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) in final level (or close to, depending on experience).
* 3+ years’ experience in finance roles, ideally within large, complex businesses
* Proven track record in month-end close and financial analysis.
* Ideally experience in process improvement initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
