Responsible for the execution of agreed regional plans and to achieve predetermined KPIs through the effective leadership of the regional sales [plan.\n\nBonus: 20 % Performance Related Bonus\n\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities\n\nKPI’s\n\n· To employ the appropriate team and talent to ensure continuous delivery of Red Bull regional sales plan.\n\n· Achieve KPIs within the current reginal Striker budget.\n\n· Implement instore store interventions made and then work in conjunction with the National Sales Manager to revise regional sales plan.\n\n· Draw on personal knowledge, experience and best practice from other areas of the business, in order to exceed as an expert in your region.\n\n· Prepare for and hold monthly meetings to ensure performance against all KPI’s.\n\n· Execute league tables, case studies, additional incentives and newsletters provided to encourage healthy competition.\n\nLondon Specific\n\n· Need to live in patch within the M25 due to the nature of role which may require last minute client requests, client facing DITs & visits to the RB office\n\n· · Strategic Client Management Must demonstrate advanced stakeholder engagement skills to manage key London-based accounts and drive high-level partnerships with key retail decision-makers and Red Bull leadership.\n\n· · High Visibility Execution Responsible for executing flagship initiatives in high-footfall, trend-setting London retail locations—ensuring execution excellence that sets the standard for other regions.\n\n· · Agility & Responsiveness Proven ability to respond rapidly to changing market demands and client requests, often with minimal notice, reflecting the fast-paced London retail environment.\n\n· · Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a liaison between field operations, Red Bull HQ, and marketing teams to pilot new concepts and strategies, using London as a testbed for national roll-out.\n\n· · High-Level Reporting & Insight Deliver advanced insights and reporting tailored for executive-level consumption, demonstrating not only performance metrics but also market intelligence and innovation opportunities unique to London.\n\n· · Brand Ambassador Duties Represent Red Bull at London events, launches, and industry forums as a senior regional voice and brand ambassador.\n\n· · Premium Standards of Execution Accountable for maintaining premium merchandising standards and compliance in flagship stores, with increased auditing frequency.\n\n· · Mentorship Role Serve as a mentor for other Regional Managers due to the seniority and complexity of the London role—providing best practices and leadership coaching.\n\n· · Cultural Fluency & Diversity Awareness Ability to tailor communication and activation strategies for London’s uniquely diverse consumer base and retail landscapes.\n\n·\n\nRegional Sales Plan\n\n· Lead and coach direct reports to ensure that the team achieve predetermined KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)\n\n· Track, monitor and adapt to market conditions to ensure the achievement of the bonus/KPI payment criteria.\n\n· Ensure the Red Bull and the group business strategy, vision and objectives are understood by all Strikers and that they are motivated to deliver against them.\n\n· To coach, develop and train regional team to drive motivation and performance of your team\n\n· Ensure clear Development Plans for all the team are implemented and managed based on KPIs, performance and values.\n\n· To ensure that any vacancies are actioned by the relevant person in a timely manner resulting in minimum loss of coverage.\n\n· Create an on-going plan for reducing disruption and cover for any vacancies.\n\n· To recruit against profile with the purpose of bringing the best people into the business\n\n· Hold monthly team meetings that are compelling and motivating to drive performance and retention, including training sessions on key identified areas for the forthcoming period.\n\n· To host agreed field development days/audits with your team to further identify training and their development needs.\n\nTeam leadership\n\n· Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.\n\n· Motivate team to maximise their potential for themselves and Red Bull\n\nStakeholder Management\n\n· Interact meaningful and build key relationships with relevant people within Red Bull that are part of the regional contact plan.\n\n· Attend and give regional input at reviews and business development meetings with Red Bull contacts when required.\n\n· Work with the National Sales Manager to ensure an understanding of the Red Bull’s business goals, challenges and budgets in order to seek out opportunity, creating a sustainable partnership approach with the Red Bull\n\n· Develop relationships during Red Bull visits to gain greater understanding of our Red Bull business and to identify additional opportunities to grow business.\n\n· Work with the National Sales Manager to develop regional operational plans to find opportunities to grow relationship, sales and talent pipeline.\n\nReporting / Insight / Evaluation\n\n· Drive outstanding performance and solutions through actionable insight of the Region.\n\n· Analyse results and KPI’s offering substantiation of performance and implement appropriate changes to operational plans for future improvements and next steps.\n\n· Identify gaps and implement appropriate changes to operational plans to drive increased performance, revenue and contribution margin.\n\n· Evaluate all available data (Power Bi reports etc.) to provide relevant actionable insight to Strikers to drive Regional and individual KPI achievement.\n\n· Analyse and provide field insight to National Sales Manager for any future opportunities or challenges in order to drive continuous improvements.\n\nCommunications\n\n· Attend meetings with National Sales team when required to discuss and in give input into and share updates on your regional performance.\n\n· Contribute to company initiatives as appropriate.\n\n· Communicate group values and beliefs to all your team ensuring all relevant information is clearly understood within your account.\n\n· Effectively communicate all group messages to your regional team and upward to line manager\n\nNew Business\n\n· Keep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the industry and market.\n\n· To participate in high profile store visits with Red Bull contribute to maximising future opportunities.\n\n· Provide regular written, verbal and electronic communication with line manager of all identified areas of feedback or any given opportunity.\n\nData Recording & Reporting\n\n· Regular analysis of regional performance and production of weekly and monthly reports as agreed with line manager.\n\n· Regular analysis of Regional Team performance to ensure all data recording and reporting is accurate and of the standard required.

Coach team to remove shortcomings.\n\nCompliance\n\n· Ensure that all Strikers complete retailer accreditation schemes and GDPR tests.\n\n· Ensure that all Strikers have a full understanding of each retailers’ expected standards of performance and conduct within store.\n\nTechnical\n\n· Ensure a comprehensive understanding for self and regional team of the 360 script and tablet operation in order to optimise data capture.\n\n· Ensure the execution of Rapid Response and Intervention Values for the purpose of driving team performance.\n\nFinancials\n\n· Control of all Regional budgets, managing costs ensuring accurate no budget overspending\n\n· Give input to budget reconciliation and forecasting process each month with National Sales Manager as appropriate, owning the FAR process and Opportunities Tracker for the account.\n\nAdministration\n\n· Validation of field results by carrying out the specified number of audits required by the regional field audit procedure.\n\n· To control and maintain records for all equipment and company property allocated to the Field Team\n\nOther Requirements\n\n· Regularly read and follow Company policies and procedures at all times.
