The Role: Temporary Finance/ Business Support Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour.
Are you a confident Finance or Business Support professional who loves stepping into a fastpaced role and making an immediate impact? Office Angels are delighted to partner once again with our client to recruit a proactive Finance/Business Support Administrator who can hit the ground running.
You'll be joining a small, friendly and highly collaborative team that works closely together on a range of busy and varied projects. The environment is supportive and fastpaced, with a strong focus on teamwork, good communication, and practical problemsolving. This role is an important part of the business support function, so the work you do will make a real difference from day one.
What you Will be Doing:
1. Managing both Purchase and Sales ledgers
2. Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
3. Preparing quotes and raising purchase orders
4. Supporting credit control activities
5. Coordinating weekly payment runs
6. Handling and resolving finance-related queries.
7. Completing credit card reconciliations
8. Communicating with clients and suppliers to support general marketing and event activity
9. Maintaining the Quality Management System, including updating documents and templates
10. Supporting the wider team as and when needed with administrative tasks.
11. Updating inhouse systems and ensuring all information and documents remain up to date.
What we are Looking For:
12. Previous experience with Xero or similar finance software
13. A personable individual with a positive attitude.
14. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
15. Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
16. Eagerness to learn and grow within finance.
