Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Experience and Product Expert to join a dynamic, values-driven business in Team Valley, Gateshead.
As the Customer Experience and Product Expert, you'll act as a key escalation point between the Customer Experience and Account Management teams. You'll be the go-to person for product and customer support, within this well established manufacturing company. You'll handle technical queries, solve problems, deliver training, and work with the internal team to improve products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys simplifying complex information, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: Circa £30,000
* Location: Team Valley, Gateshead (Free On-Site Parking)
* Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term
* Hours: 36 per week
o Mon-Thu: 8:20 AM - 4:30 PM
o Fri: 8:20 AM - 1:30 PM
o (Hybrid working available after training)
* Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (option to purchase more)

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting as an escalation point between the internal Customer Experience and Account Management team, you will be responsible for resolving technical and product queries for customers
* Supporting the internal global team, supporting them with product and technical questions
* Investigating issues with products, alongside the R&D team
* Creating and maintaining user-friendly support materials for customers
* Delivering product training for internal teams and external customers
* Collaborating with the wider Customer Experience team on servicing and order management
Skills & Experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to explain things simply
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Confident IT user (Office 365; CRM experience an advantage)
* Technical understanding of products and applications
* Background in chemistry/chemical manufacturing (desirable)
* Curious, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
