Role Description
HMH Civils Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role at our Stockton-on-Tees location. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including planning, executing, and completing projects within budget and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing resources effectively, and maintaining detailed project and cost‑related documentation. The Site Manager will also liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in site management and construction site management, with proven ability to oversee and guide project teams effectively.
* Proficiency in planning and budgeting to develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and financial plans.
* Experience with cost control to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to foster collaboration and mitigate challenges effectively.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to high‑quality standards, with a strong emphasis on health and safety requirements.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or a related discipline are highly desirable.
* Familiarity with project management tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
