We are seeking a dynamic Geography Teacher to join a well:established secondary school in the Southampton area. This long:term role offers an immediate or September start, providing the opportunity to deliver high:quality teaching and support students in developing a strong understanding of geographical concepts.

What You ll Be Doing:
. Delivering engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
. Encouraging students to develop analytical and enquiry:based skills
. Supporting curriculum delivery and contributing to planning
. Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted support
. Differentiating lessons to meet a range of learning needs
. Creating a stimulating and well:managed classroom environment
. Supporting departmental initiatives and school:wide priorities
What We re Looking For:
. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
. Strong subject knowledge in Geography
. Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
. Ability to engage and challenge learners of all abilities
. A creative and adaptable teaching approach
. Strong communication and organisational skills
. Commitment to high standards and student achievement
. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
