The Opportunity
Full-Time, Permanent Package: £23,809 – £24,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus + 34p per mile + significant uniform allowance Working: 37.5 hours per week (flexible days/hours)
Location: Bristol, Birmingham, and surrounding areas
Don't just run in your spare time - work your passion. As our Brand Product Trainer, you'll be the front line in the win against the competition. You'll be heading out to visit stores, driving engagement, and showing the specialist retail world why adidas leads the pack.
As an adidas Sports Brand Ambassador, you will:
* Own the Retail Scene – Build authentic relationships with specialist running retailers, becoming their go-to adidas expert.
* Train & Inspire – Design and deliver high-energy product training that gets retail teams excited about everything from carbon plates to trail lugs.
* Drive the Experience – Engage with both staff to create a genuine desire for the brand.
* Test the Best – Regularly test and review the latest adidas gear on your own runs (yes, that's part of the job).
* Insightful Reporting – Share feedback and best practices directly with adidas HQ via our in-house app.

* A passion for the run – Whether it's technical trails or hitting a PB on the road, you live and breathe running culture.
* Retail Experience – Ideally, you've spent time on the shop floor and understand how to land a sale and speak "retail."
* An energetic, "can-do" personality – Someone who makes an impact the moment they walk into a store.
* Strong communication skills – The ability to build lasting relationships with instore teams.
* The Essentials – A full driving licence, a reliable vehicle, and the flexibility for occasional overnights.
