Job Title: Property Management Administrator
A property management role has become available within a leading organization, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the property management team with day-to-day administration tasks, including liaising with tenants and landlords, managing tenancy correspondence, and coordinating utility account setup and closures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management or lettings, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems. They will also be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain accurate records.

* Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration
* Liaising with tenants & landlords
* Managing tenancy correspondence and utility account setup/closures
* Coordinating gas, electrical, safety checks and certificates
* Chasing safety documents, deposit releases and outstanding rent payments
* Handling property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
* Updating and managing the key system
* General administrative support to the team
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. They will also be highly effective communicators, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
