Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant
Location: Northampton Primary School
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: As soon as all checks are complete and candidate is able to begin
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Northampton Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
* Assist pupils with their learning and development needs
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supervise children during break times and lunchtime as required
* Support with administrative tasks related to teaching and learning
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Additional Information:
* This role is subject to satisfactory DBS and other necessary checks.
* The position will commence once all safeguarding and pre-employment checks have been completed.
