The ideal electrical service engineer will have the following skills and experiences;
1. Good electrical engineering experience - ability and experience in interpreting and reading hydraulic diagrams, engineering drawings and electrical diagrams
2. Engineeringqualifications in maintenance, service, electrical, electro- mechanical engineering fields- level 2 engineering or level 3 engineering or above ideally
3. Service experience of large vehicles, heavy plant machinery, basic petrol, diesel engines or generators, large and small machines or similar equipment
4. Previous electrical maintenance, installation, service and repair experience of plant equipment, plant machinery, plant engineering is desirable but can be developed if the above engineering experience and skills are evident
