You will support managers with performance management, absence management, and facilitate return to work processes, including making Occupational Health referrals and implementing their recommendations. Additionally, you will handle family leave, assist in policy review, produce reports, and manage HR records. The position requires involvement in HR projects, preparation of payroll information, and drafting formal documents. You'll be expected to possess CIPD L3 to be considered for this position.
