Job Description
3. Manage and process accounts receivable transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
5. Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and reporting processes.
7. Generate and send out invoices to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
8. Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
9. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure prompt payment collection.
10. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable candidate should have:
11. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients.
12. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
13. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
14. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
