The role involves assembling, testing, upgrading, and commissioning production machinery, as well as supporting junior engineers and ensuring high-quality engineering standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and commission new and refurbished production machinery Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults Carry out installations, wiring, and upgrades on-site and in the workshop Support and mentor junior team members Read and interpret engineering and wiring diagrams Maintain high standards of quality and safety Skills & Experience: Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background (food processing equipment experience desirable) Hands-on experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairs xjlbheb Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical wiring design Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong team player Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) preferred This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company offering competitive hourly rates and long-term stability.
