New Business Development Manager Location : Bellshill (Hybrid – 3 days on-site) Type : Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week) Salary : Up to £50K (depending on skills and experience) You’ll grow new business by selling credible, consultative IT solutions — backed by architects, presales and Microsoft Partner expertise. This is a front-line new business role. Your focus is on opening doors, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term customers across managed services, cloud, infrastructure and cyber security. What You’ll be Doing: Owning the full new business sales cycle, from prospecting through to close. Actively generating new opportunities across IT managed services, cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation, cyber security and networking. Building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline through outbound activity, referrals and marketing campaigns. Leading discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and commercial drivers. Working closely with solution architects, presales and delivery teams to shape compelling, tailored proposals. Presenting solutions to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Accurately reporting on pipeline, forecasts and activity, and staying ahead of market and technology trends. What We’re Looking For: Proven success in new business sales within IT managed services or technical solutions Previous experience in winning net-new customers, not purely account management or renewals Strong understanding of cloud services, networking and cyber security Exposure to Microsoft Partner environments, or solution-led sales teams Experience selling into SME market Why Kick?
