We are seeking a Office/Administrator to provide support to the manager of this professional firm.
FULL TRAINING GIVEN.
The successful candidate will need previous keyboard skills including audio and typing.
The role will include Preparing correspondence and typing of documents
Downloading data from the internet
Filing
Making appointments and arranging meetings, maintaining up-to-date diary for the principal
Admin duties
Undertaking specific training as required.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of the firm and client documentation and information
Skills and Attributes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, Abilityto work independently and use initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
