ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, offer support and companionship, and share moments and memories. This role is both rewarding and varied, offering the chance to support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and spend one‑to‑one time with them.
ABOUT YOU
You should have experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a warm‑hearted approach are essential for delivering the highest standard of care and support.
