Review new cases to assess suitability for funding or litigation. Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and fees. Work closely with internal teams to keep claims progressing. Maintain accurate records in line with legal standards. What We’re Looking For: Previous call centre or customer service experience. Understanding of claims, legal processes, or financial services (a plus). Strong communication and data entry skills. Confident using contact centre or case management systems.
